[SHDIP-003] How to add SHD-BNB LP Mining Pool in Pancake V2, migrate or not

Since Pancake V1 has stopped liquidity adding, the current $SHD- $BNB Mining Pool on the #BSC needs to add a new one that supports Pancake V2 version.

Dear all,

Due to [SHDIP-004] results, our community decided to add SHD-BNB LP mining pool that supports Pancake V2 version while migrating SHD-BNB LP from V1 to V2.

Now we will initiate a timelock transaction to execute this proposal, which will take effect within 24 HOURS.
